Pinnacle Security Innovations review: Fair compensatory pay for failed service provided and loss of income on a Saturday night of business.

This service has consistently gone downhill. Amongst a long list of deficiencies along the way, they did provide a basic presence of security. The latest of such, taking place this past Saturday night is the final nail in the coffin for this company. Two of the Pinnacle security officers got into an argument with each other while working, leading to one pulling a gun, and the other in defense pulling a taser, and aiming at one another. In reaching out to the owner, he has put all the blame of lost business and profits on our staff for closing. No apology. The Peoria Police Department had to be called in and one of the Pinnacle officers was arrested. The owner is also trying to scam us for a breach of contract saying we are refusing to pay, which is not true, and the invoice was just sent today. He wants to add another 30 day of pay for said violation.

In closing, a business that exists for safety and security pulled loaded and cocked weapons at one another, while on the job, and when an opportunity to discuss fair compensation was presented, his response was defensive, followed by an attempt to charge even more.
