Just got off the phone with "Carla" one of their brightest @ PNM. On the PNM recording, prior to transferring me to an agent, their recording states, "PNM only documents major power outages. If you had an outage, smaller outages may not be documented.". Without coming to our neighborhood, much less our house, she denies there was a "major" power outage. I asked her to define "major", she said lasting a few hours or more. I said mine lasted 15 to 20 minutes, and shut off appliances in my home. She said my neighbors would have reported similar experience. I told her I am not taking a poll. That they have so many power outages (we live across IT campus on HWY 6 in Los Lunas), that it fried our new washing machine. Then she says we could report any damage to PNM Claims. I told her I already did that, and I have proof from a power outage text they sent me. They DENIED sending me a text! Worst company, powered now by Wind (Sen Martin Heinrich and the Green New Scam, he is funded by lobbyists) and Solar. Not reliable! Then she says we need to hire an electrician. I told her it is a brand new house in a brand new subdivision, and yes,we had an electrician look at our home, and said others in the neighborhood also experiencing brown outs. He blamed PNM.

The power outage destroyed the Mother Board on a brand new washing machine. PNM gave me number for PNM claims, who put me through to CCMSI, who denied a text was sent from PNM, despite uploading the text.
