POD was picked 12/6/22 from Cape Cod Ma, and was to be delivered in Cape Coral Fla on 12/15/22 it did not arrive and I called it was still sitting in Taunton Ma they would ship it and should arrive on 12/29/22 due to the holidays. On 12/29/22 I got a phone call that there was a problem and the POD was still in New Jersey and should be delivered on 1/5/23 and all this time I'm being charged additional fees. The POD finally arrive on 1/5/23 and they only gave 2 days to empty it by myself, it was picked up on 1/7/23 and still charged extra.
On 1/12/23 I got a email from TeCarla Gibson telling me she was sorry hear of my recent experience and would be gathering information and get back to me my IR# 2433879. By 3/1/23 I still had nor heard from her, I sent her an email asking her to call me. As of 3/22/23 I HAVE NOT HEARD ANYONE FROM PODS.
Also when the POD was delivered at my home on CAPE COD the driver damage my sod lawn I submitted a report and pictures!
Desired outcome: I would like have the lawn repaired and and a refund of the POD due the 2 month deliver delay, and the problems it created.
