This I in regard to the Cancelled Flight LO 0024 and the Poor Customer Service by your Airline staff and the inconvenience caused to us.
I am requesting a total reimbursement of all the expenses incurred due to your Cancelled flight and no customer support to assist us.

The flight started boarding around 9 30 PM and never took off.
Initially there was some delay and no reason was given.
Finally, the doors were locked and it left the gate. It stopped on the runway and we were told that the Ground Crew needs to check on something and give an okay for take off.
This went on for more than 2 hours.
No information was shared with the passengers and the crew was only serving water to the passengers.
After about 3 hours of wait, the captain announced that the flight was being cancelled and he would take us back to the gate. Passengers started to deplane and we were informed to go down to the Ticketing counter to get assistance. When we got down to the Ticketing area, there were already hundreds of passengers in line. There were no agents to assist us. After 10 minutes a gentleman showed up and started telling us that the Baggage is ready to be claimed and we can get our refund on line. Passengers were getting very angry and hostile at this time. Threats were being made. The gentleman kept insisting that there are no agents and no assistance will be available till the morning. Passengers were threatening to call 911. People were panicking, some were very angry and it was a major chaos. Luggage was also stuck on the belt and passengers had to climb on the belt to get their bags. Calling the Polish Airlines was no use as we were on hold for more than an hour without any representative answering the phone. This was getting to be a very frustrating experience. It was close to 4 am now, we were all hungry and tired. I had not luck of getting any help from Polish Airlines, either in person or on the phone. This was our annual vacation. The kids were off from school and college and I had taken 2 weeks off from work. We had tours and other airlines tickets booked for our trip to Istanbul and Athens. We could not afford to cancel all the tours and reservations without losing a lot of money, plus the frustration of not going on our trip as planned. I finally had to call Turkish Airlines myself and get tickets on the next available flight from LAX to Istanbul. After being on hold for 70 minutes with Polish Airlines, finally a representative answered. By that time, I had already purchased our Turkish Airlines tickets. The Gentleman on the phone told me that I will have to submit a claim to get reimbursed for the cost. I am tabulating all the expenses incurred due to the cancelled flight and the lack of Customer Service by Polish Airlines. I expect to be reimbursed for all.
I believe that the Airlines are responsible for all expenses incurred due to Cancelled flight especially if the Airlines has decided to abandon all Passengers and not provide any service. I will include all the invoices also.
