Pollo Loco and Postmates review: Charged for cancelling

I ordered an order today in the amount of $36.32 in south pasadena. I noticed immediately that the order had was charged to my venmo account, and within a minute or two, I cancelled and reordered the entire exact order using my amex.

I should not have been charged for the cancellation. There is no way this order was started within a minute and then replaced as well.
