On 30.03.2022 I received a slip that I have a parcel and must collect at my nearest post office which is Promenade Mitchell's Plain. I immediately called the post office to enquire if the package is still there as the date stamp on it is for February. The lady that I spoke to refused to take the slip number to check but told me to come in, I informed her that I'll only be able to come the Saturday which was the 02.04.2022.
I arrived that morning at the post office and the same lady that I've dealt with over the phone assisted me. She just said that my parcel isn't there and look at the date and if I have a problem to come back the Monday to speak to the manager, while smirking at me and drinking her cooldrink. She was very unprofessional, unhelpful from the beginning. I sent an email to their customer service and I haven't received an reply and I still don't know where my package is.
Desired outcome: I would like an apology from that employee as well as the branch manager. I also would like to know where my package is delivered back to my nearest post office and notified once it is there.
