Power pressure cooker review: Customer care

I ordered a pressure cooker on June 8 the order went though on the 9th I still haven't received it 2 weeks ago I called and was told it was back order again on July 1st I called the lady was very rude to me again told me it was on back order and would be 2-3 weeks before I would get it.I feel after already waiting 8 days short of a month I should receive something else from your company but not the food chopper for all the trouble I needed this last weekend for a family gathering and to show it off because 6 of my family members want to order it but they wanted to see it work but now I don't think they will. I also should of gotten an email about the 4 week delay !
