Power Sport Depot review: Scooter title not been on time

The commercial from safer wholesales says that the title would be sent within 2 to 3 weeks it's already a month and I have not received my scooter tittle. I did call last week wednesday and I was told by a customer service guy that they will be sent on friday last week today is wednesday. I can't believe when an advertisement is not current with the service.
