Power installed windows at my home 2+ years ago. In under 1 year the picture widow developed spots from the bottom up, which was an indication of the lining/substance between the double panes had gone bad. Contacted Power and was told there would be a 1 year wait for a replacement. We waited over a year and finally got a call for installation on 03/22/23. On the morning of 03/23/23 the installer called at 7:50a.m., saying the scheduled appointment for installation is canceled because the window was not at the warehouse. Since then we have made several calls to Power and can’t be given an installation date. In fact, the last rep I spoke with sounded like a parrot - repeating the same nonsensical crap over and over. Ask for a manager and was told a manger will contact me. So, to date, no replacement, no date for replacement, no call from manager and stuck with a big picture window, spotted from the bottom up.
Do yourself a HUGE favor. Don’t give your business to this company. They are tremendously overpriced and customer service is horrible. My widows are under warranty and I will be seeking legal counsel on this.
