Extreme rip-off. If I could give minus 5 stars I would.
Technician arrived 2:10 pm. Technician was 10 minutes late for the 4 hour window. Site stated that the service charge would be waived if late.
Technician spent more time on the inspection than replacing the springs. Technician was there a whole 40 minutes, left at 2:50 pm
Technician Brian replaced two springs that could be purchased from Home depot for $35.
There was a non itemized invoice for $500.07. It's a shame to take advantage of a Senior Citizen.
You have no Idea what the parts charge or the labor charge was.
I would love to have a job that paid $500 for less than an hours work. I reached out to the company, and I was told the team leader was not available but would return the call. The next day the technician called back not the team leader. I was not able to speak with him at that time.
