Premium Florist review: Flower/gift delivery

Failed to deliver the product on the day it was ordered. Failed to notify the customer (not convinced anything would have been delivered if I hadn’t complained). Offered a delivery the following day with complimentary chocolates. Failed to deliver any compensation. Should have asked for a refund. Balloon provided half inflated. Overpriced. Zero effort. Zero compensation. Don’t bother. The average price is more than most Mexicans make in week.
