I purchase a watch from this company
back in November 22nd that I have not received. when I file my complaint on December 12 . The company contacted me since then I have had nothing but problem as why they could not deliver
my item so then I cancel my order and was told that a refund would be done immediately. well now I am told that
it would be six to eight business days before I get my money back. When I purchase the item they took the money out within a few hours. Since I never receive my purchase and they have records of this; why can I not have my refund the way they took my money. After 35 days you would think this company would want to do right by a customer.Oh this company has a nice web site, but will not answer e- mail or give you a street address. Forget a phone number . Should have know better
I order a watch form Prestigezreplicas watch on February 2, 2013 I have yet to receive my watch I have received three emails from them, from Jeri of the customer service, telling me it would take 8-10 days. I could not even get a tracking number from them. always something.I have requested my refund have not heard from them, now they will not answer my emails. So please let people know that this company will not produce the merchandise they just take your money.
I bought a watch from them at the end of January. it arrived early February broken. Since then I have called their customer support number every day - all I get is an email from Michael Kistern saying someone will contact me within 24 to 48 hours - no one does - do not buy from this Scam outfit
Absolute crooks, the watch was faulty was told you can have a refund but they don't answe any emails, set one form wife's address and they said yes if not suitable you can have a refund, so asked if husband can have his, but once again no replays, don't touch this company with a barge pole! You have been warned!, !, !, !,
