I bought some medicine, supplements and something else from the company Primal Health LP. I placed the order 5 weeks ago and I still haven’t received the order. Also, my card was charged three times for the same sum. I already tried to contact the seller, but my emails returned back. The seller’s mail box was full. He doesn’t speak and communicate with the customers.
Me too. I haven't ordered from this company for months, and suddenly out of the blue they charge my Bank of America Card Visa. BOA Visa flagged the charge as suspicious and closed my account before I saw the charge. I filled out a fraud report, and BOA Visa is sending me new cards with new numbers.
My husband purchased a book on April 15, 2023 for $56.99 USD. He has never received this book and the link to track package does not work. The address on the shipping email is correct. Also the signon information provided by Primal to access his account does not work.
Then Primal Health charged his credit card on May 6th for $39.97 USD which he did not authorize.
Have sent email to company (response to invoice email received) but have not heard anything back.
After reviewing numerous similar complaints on Better Business Bureau contacted our credit card company and have disputed charge for the book and filed a fraud complaint for the unauthorized charge. Have to get replacement credit card - what a pain.
Beware Appears to be a SCAM.
Same thing here. I ordered a book called Unbreakable Brain from Primal Health company. I just recently learned that I have been charged 39.97 per month for the last 2 years. I called the company and they said when I ordered the book I was told to uncheck the box that says that I want the subscription. I know I did just that but they still charged. I got what I thought was junk mail and put it straight in the recycling bin. Evidently that was the "newsletter" that they claim I subscribed to for 39.97 per month. This is fraud! Buyer beware. Not sure how they get away with this. It's criminal and should be illegal. When you buy a book you should not have to say that you are NOT buying a subscription. It's slimy and bad karma.
Same thing has happened to me. I listened and nauseum to the never ending video because I was interested only in ordering the book The Blood Pressure Solution, which I ordered for $56.99 on September 12. Subsequently on October 3 I was charged an additional $39.97 for an additional purchase which I did not authorize. If it's true that I'm being charged for a newsletter which is being automatically routed to the spam folder by my email application only because I neglected to uncheck a certain box in the plethora of screens it was necessary to go through to order the book, then yes it's true, Dr. Merritt and her Primal Health organization are dishonest fraudsters. I have disputed the $39.97 charge with my credit card company and am awaiting a resolution. Do not do business with Dr. Merritt or Primal Health.
