Prime CBD Gummies review: Sent merchandise back registered mail still have never received refund

I received a second order from Prime CBD gummies that I did not order and was charged $199.88. I mailed the product back by registered mail to the Fulfillment center at P.O. Box 7000, Smyrna. Tn. 37167, and I still have not gotten my refund. I can not get anyone on phone or by email to respond. Need a working phone that is not busy all day every day for weeks.
