I was and am in credit card on or about $20,000. This company emailed my mom. She then signed me up. I had no knowledge. My mom helped me with my bills. Anyways, she managed my finances to the extent I couldn't.

I get a packet in the mail and it has a signature that is not mine. I complained, but the lady said I could not back out.

So, I had to use their services. They told me they were a debt consolidation company and they would help not only get rid of my credit card debt, but raise my credit score.

They have been taking out a significant amount of money monthly. They told me (and this is in writing) "to stop paying my credit cards." I followed instructions and assumed all would be taken care is because I was paying them nearly $500 each month. Then one of my credit card companies, American Express, sued me.

Prime solutions said this situation doesn't happen, yet they had an attorney for $800 just to talk to Amex. And, just talk, anything else more.

They lie, raise people's hopes, catch you in, and eventually do not deliver.

I am in the process of contacting the State's attorney general office and other consumer protection agencies.

I have been having money taken out of my acct by share solutions not by my permission. Had to have my checking numbers changed now they are 5aking money out of my mom checking. Without permission. Ive talked to attorney about these issues. May have to contact them again. I will be going to the bank to get this straightened out.

I had the same thing happen to me. I did speak to several agencies and no luck with them. The atty general only acted as a go- between of correspondence and letters . What they said and what i said. No action was taken.

I have been dealing with this company for almost 4 years. This company is a fraud... they have taken thousands of dollars and want to claim they have done so much. As a lawsuit been filed against this company for the taking of money and not following through with what they are suppose to do for the consumer?

There was a lawsuit as they were conducting fraudulent and unlawful practices out of MD. They were ordered to pay out more than $210,000 to 54 clients! Why wasn’t I contacted?! I shoulda been paid out as well. I’m in California. Don’t know how these scam artists were only made to pay back such few people when it’s obvious they ripped off hundreds if not thousands

I feel as if I should receive all of my money back that I paid this company. The service has been severely sub par. This company advertises credit repair through documentation processing. I started with them in May 2016. I wanted to repair my credit. I made monthly payments to this company in the amount of roughly $350 every month for just over 3 years as payment for their "credit repair" or documentation preparation services. I paid them a total of OVER TWELVE THOUSAND DOLLARS in all. My credit is still garbage. Absolutely nothing has changed. My credit score is still very poor (under 500). I got further into debt attempting to make a $350 monthly payment to these thieves every month over the course of the years [protected]. Anytime that I missed a payment or had to pay late, or add a payment to the back end, they were quick to blow up my phone calling me and asking for payment. My last monthly payment to them was in November or December of 2019. Now of course I never hear from them at all after all of my payments were completed. I last spoke to them on the phone regarding my case on April 23rd of 2020. I was told I was in the 2nd round of 5 rounds of disputes. I just called them again October 13, 2020 to ask them if they were still in business, seeing as I had not heard from them at all in just shy of SIX MONTHS. The representative told me some BS about them pulling my credit report again, for a status update, and them being short staffed because of COVID 19. I told them that I started with them over 4 years ago, and COVID 19 is no excuse, especially after I spent $12, 000 on their services. I have received nothing in return. I was told on this same phone call that I would get a call back within 5-7 business days. Today is November 12th. I feel as if I got royally screwed over. I want my money back. I know it has been years that I have worked with them but this is not right. At least in 2019 I heard from them once in awhile and they has some story about what they were doing to work on my case. There is no excuse for them to literally do nothing for me for 6 months. And then use COVID as an excuse. I spent way too much money for that. You can not just blow me off for 6 months. I would have been better off just paying the creditors. I could have made a down payment on a house with the money I spent on this company. If this company was going to improve my credit or deliver on the services that they agreed to provide me with, my credit would at least be some what improved, but it is not. Over 4 years has been ample time for them to provide the services that I paid for. I demand a resolution.

Prime Solutions is a joke/scam. They take your money and give you nothing but a load of bull crap. We paid A LOT of money to them to handle a credit card situation. We have been dealing with their lies for 4-5 years. They well took the money but never handled anything. Then when I would call, they would have so many excuses and claim they did so much for us. They are a rip off. When I called and threw a fit, they wanted to get an attitude with me. It must be nice to lie to people, take their money and leave them in the same situation if not worse than before. As a small business owner, if I were to do that to customers, I would be sitting in jail.

I have paid them around $50,000 and my financial situation is worse than ever. We need to file a class action lawsuit!
