They steal designs from small businesses, don't sent out the orders and produce low quality bllurry crap! BASED IN VIETNAM!

To everyone who is being victimized by these art thieves - I have a petition on Change.org titled 'Shut Down Printerval and Printblur for Artwork Theft'. Please sign and share.

With enough signatures, we can stop these *** from stealing our hard work! They are nothing more than criminals who not only take our sales but also dilute our brands with their shoddy reproductions. These are taken from screenshots of our listings online. Then, they send it out on poor-quality material and people are going to confuse and associate our creations with their landfill trash.

Don't buy from these scammers.

They steal the photographs from other people's listings.

You either won't receive your product or will get a blurry, cheap, subpar version of it. Read the complaints about this company; they are the worst criminal ring!

Claimed loss: 2000

Desired outcome: Shut the website down!

I JUST saw TWO of my creations on their website for a THIRD of what I'm selling for. I went to my trusty pal ChatGPT and asked what I should do:

My inquiry: Someone took my design from Etsy and they’re selling it for very cheap on another site. What can I do to get them to take it down?

If someone has taken your design and is selling it on another site, here are the steps you can take to get it removed:

Gather Evidence: Take screenshots of your original design, the infringing listing, and any proof that your design predates theirs (timestamps of your original work, listings, etc.).

Identify the Platform: Determine which site is selling your design. Most e-commerce platforms (like Etsy, Amazon, eBay, etc.) have procedures for copyright claims.

File a DMCA Takedown Request:

Many websites have a Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) form you can submit to request the removal of the infringing content.

Look for the platform's help center, intellectual property section, or DMCA page.
Fill out the form with the necessary details, including your evidence.
Contact the Seller/Platform Directly:

Some platforms allow you to contact the seller directly. You can politely request they remove the listing, explaining that they are infringing on your intellectual property.
If they don't respond, escalate the issue through the platform.

Consult an Intellectual Property Lawyer: If you're not getting results or if the infringement continues, consider consulting a lawyer who specializes in intellectual property rights to take legal action.

Report to Search Engines: If the stolen design is appearing in search results, you can also file a DMCA notice with search engines like Google to have it de-indexed from search results.

Following these steps should help in getting the infringing listing removed from the site.

URLs of the Infringing Content: Paste the URLs where the infringing content appears. This can be links to search results or specific infringing listings.
Sworn Statements: Check the boxes to confirm the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Submit the form once everything is filled out.

For Bing (Microsoft Search Engine):
Visit Microsoft’s DMCA Takedown Page:

It seems that Printerval (possibly the site you've encountered) has a history of stealing designs from small businesses and individuals, including from platforms like Etsy, Redbubble, and others. Many complaints highlight that the site takes product mockups, uses them without permission, and sells low-quality reproductions. These complaints indicate that Printerval has been unresponsive to takedown notices and difficult to contact, with some users suspecting it's part of a larger scam operation(

).

To address this:

File a DMCA Takedown Notice: You can submit a DMCA notice directly to Printerval or their hosting provider. While they may hide behind services like Cloudflare, you can still file a complaint through Cloudflare to pressure them to act. To do this:

Go to Cloudflare’s Abuse Reporting Page and select "Copyright Infringement."
Provide details of your original work, proof of ownership, and the infringing URLs.
Use Google’s DMCA Process: If the stolen design is being indexed by Google, you can file a DMCA notice with them to have it removed from search results. Follow the steps in Google's Copyright Removal Tool.

Consider Legal Action: Depending on how widespread the infringement is, you might want to consult a lawyer specializing in intellectual property to explore further action.

Taking these steps can help you protect your designs and address the infringement.
