All I can say is STAY AWAY!
Cold call solicitation led to one of our worse experiences in business in over 30 years.
Business is difficult enough without having to deal with companies such as this, that change the rules immediately once you sign up. Their motto is "next generation bank card solutions". If that is the case, give me the old generation solution, because this company is no better than Enron and the banks that caused the collapse of our economy.
This is one of the most unscrupulous and hartless payment systems we have ever encountered. Luckily we changed systems within 72 hours of identifying their methods. Since we are a very reputable and well rated business, there was no problem finding a processor that appreciates a company with a stellar business record and growth potential such as ours.
If you are approached by any individual walking into your business, waving a "we can save you more on your credit card processing", escort them out, and you will do yourself a great favor. I don't expect a company such as this to stay in business very long, because customer service is at the bottom of their list. There are so many other reputable payment systems out their to choose from.
I do not typically write such complaints, but I feel it is important that small businesses that are a target of this companies marketing ploys are succeptible to promises of saving money. We have learned a valuable lesson.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
My wife and I 100 % agree. Horrible people and horrible company. They are still trying to steal money from us by electronically charging our checking account long after we left them after only using them for about 3 weeks. Never ever trust these ### crooks.
