The guy Bob Gentsch is an alcoholic. I went there a few times and he always smelled for alcohol, stumbled and slurred as he talked. I wouldnt trust himto work on my bike. I asked him on the phone about a repair estimate and if he could do the work in question. He said yes, when I went there later that same day, he didnt know what I was talking about. How could you trust your life with this guy. If he leaves a part out or installs it wrong on your motorcycle you could end up in the hospital or worse, the morgue. Pro Action needs to find a new representative before he ruins their name!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
First off, this Joe guy sounds like an ###. Bob is a fantastic mechanic and has been honest with all of his clients, whom race professionally. He has rebuilt my motor and suspension without any issues and has always been able to help me out with questions or concerns. As far as the alcoholic statement, that is slander and punishable in a court of law. Joe, I recommend you watch you mouth. I strongly recommend Pro Action and Bob for any and all motorcycle repairs.
I find this complaint to be an absolute lie! "The Morgue"?! Sounds like a bunch of Fear Mongering -"the action of deliberately arousing public fear or alarm about a particular issue". The work done by Bob is always fantastic and the longer you go, the better the relationship you develop, he always has the solution to any racing needs from wide open desert to track. I couldn't be happier.
