I call 3 times on 8-4-2023 to get a price quote to add a car to my insurance policy. I had to repeat my request to all of them and and to repeat my request 4 times to one of them. Apparently an existing customer asking for a price quote on a new vehicle was asking to much and so they just hang-up. Even the phone computer was confused about my request. I ended up going to a competitor and moved all my other vehicles from Progressive to my new Insurance company. It seems obvious to me they want to chase away current customers and do not value us, so I went where my time and money is valued.
Desired outcome: To Late - You Already Lost Me !!! Maybe Train your Font-Line People on how to be Nice & Respectful to Customers.
