The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
They bill you instantly for items they do not have in inventory and provide you with no tracking info nor tell you the item is back ordered... etc. They seem to be just a middle man front with no real inventory. Look else where.
Same thing happened to me. I tried to get an order status but I cannot reach them either through email or telephone. I think this is a BOGUS company. DO NOT order anything from this place!
Made an order in March 2012. Call after no information on tracking and still to this date I haven't received my order. I don't want it. I requested a refund and was told it takes 48 hours. Still haven't received it. When I view my order it shows paid. My bank account has be debited and I still have no products. Ughhhh... I'm about to drive to Ohio.
