Protean Terrarium Design review: The seller said about the delay, but I didn't get the order at all

I bought three items from Protean Terrarium Design. I have sent money through Western Union. The seller confirmed that money has been received. He said that it was busy time in their company, so the delivery would take more time as he promised before. Ok, I patiently waited and after 4 weeks I decided to contact the seller again. No response. I went to the police and wrote the complaint. I hope that they would find this person and would return my money back. Run from this fake company.
