I ordered a search on Feb. 14. They told me it would be ready on 2/14 (so much for their 8-48 hour turnaround!). Still haven't recieved the search (3/2/12) and they aren't responding to my emails.
doh! typo. they told me it would be ready by 2/21.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I had an opposite experience with ProTitleUSA. I had 7 searches done with them on time in NY. Great service!
Do not use this outfit. They are not to be trusted with details. When questioned about information they provided my company, they said it was up to our interpretaion and risk. Not worth the potential title claim. Cutting corners by going with a dot com searcher was a bad choice on our part. Will find a local searcher next time.
Agree with the above comments about delays. Beware that what ProTitleUsa.com means by 8-48 hour turnaround is actually 8-48 "business hours, " which means 1-6 DAYS. Cannot recommend this service if you need to check title within a week. Relatively expensive compared to other web options as well.
I am on the other end of this. I am a title examiner who was working for them. I always had a 48 hour turnaround and was never late. Everything was fine until March, 2016. I sent my invoices on March 1 and March 3, and I still have not been paid. As this was my only income, I have lost my car, my water, and am now losing my credit with my credit card companies. Plus, I had a couple of auto pays come in and they were returned for NSF and I lost a total of $340.00 in bank fees for 2 ACH's one of $34.00 and one of $60.00! That means I have to pay $434.00 for $94.00 I had out! Now the bank has closed my account and turned me into Chexsystems because of this!
Since March 24, I have been told everything from the "invoices were lost" "we have a new system", We have a new accountant", "we have a new bank cutting our checks and mailing them", and " the old payroll clerk left everything in such a mess we are just getting things in order".
The last word I received was that the "new" bank would be mailing my checks on April 15th. It is now April 22 and I still have nothing. As of the last 3 days, no one will respond to my emails. I think it is time for an attorney.
I ordered my title 4/26 was told 48 hours turnaround time...5/1. Confirmed with an email. 2 days later still no report. Asked for a refund i wad told very nastily they don't issue refund. Horrible customer service
Protitle USA is a very inaccurate and very unprofessional organization hiring less than competent individuals that know what they are doing.
Do not waste your money on inaccurate reporting and reporting of people that should not even be on the Title report.
Thy charge for something they should not be involved in.
