ProtonMail review: Bad customer service - product always with problem paid for something work poorly

I wanted a e-mail service secured encrypted for me and my small business.

Then I heard and research about PROTON_MAIL... I payed for one year and all e-mails from my business is with pm. me addresses...

But is now a Hell first of all because my customer, my clients and at my page, all people know me by this e-mail... then I couldn't fail the second payment because is like know I am tied to the service...

Problem is The Bridge, doesn't work properly every time some update on the computer or any thing happens, stop to respond and is to us to loose time to get beck and do our best to make work, the Customer service sent a lo e-mails, with everything that you can read on their troubleshot at the internet...

And then you are waisting hours of your time to try to make work because you payed for.

Now with the new version pf Ventura... Bridge do not work at all and I payed for the mail service... Each time I need to write a e-mail to my client need to be via web and My Logo shows awful huge and I can't fixed... Nobody care Nobody read, I sent pictures... They seems do not really care
