I have been in treatment for am immune system illness. I am often in and out the hospital. I was hoping purekana products could help me with nausea and pain.
I bought one HHC vape I'm December that clogged but I figured it was because the vapes were defective.
During a sale in February of this year I purchased two cartridges. One came with dark orange oil. And the other stop letting me inhale within one day. And then somehow burnt the battery pack I was using with it.
I have never seen this phenomenon with cartridges.
I have called them 3 times with my issue. And have been told I need to write an email and send products for them to see. But due to I'm hospital treatment I was not able to follow up.
I ended up buying an HHC cartridge from my local cbd store in July. I use it sparingly. And have had none of the issues my purekana vapes and carts gave me. Ease of use and a quality product.
I only found this website because I decided to Google search if any others had the same issues.
Desired outcome: I would like to be able to send the vape and 2 carts back. As they are basically full. I want a refund. I'm on disability and don't have money to waste on over the counter solutions that break.
