Poorest customer service I have ever experienced.. Do not buy from them..
.. Placed several orders on different days... The first one was the largest and was over 100.00... It never shipped.. But they took the money... Later orders were received but everytime I have submitted a support form, they have sent me tracking information for the wrong order... And when I asked for a refund, they sent me a link to their return policy... Cant return what you never received.. Now I am going to file with my bank to attempt to recover my money...
Recommendation: ..stay far, far away from this company..

Today (12/17/22) an email arrived stating "order shipped". Tracking through *** is unavailable. So glad I used PayPal for this order as I may need their help!
Purchased items on Dec 4th. Hasn't even shipped and it's the 19th. They are very clearly scamming people. *** emails say someone will get back to you in 2 days. Right.When you call it just says that the que is full and hangs up on you. I will continue to email and message them on FB and IG because they deserve to have their time wasted.If you go to their social media pages, it is very evident that they have deleted all of the messages stating that people were being scammed. Karma will get them eventually.I would be *** if I had spent more than $20.

I have to report them to my bank in order to get refund for car diffuser that does not fit the car plug, diffuser is too tall, and does not function when I tried it in friend's truck. This is the second time they cheated me. They never publish bad reviews of their products or respond to refund requests or send prepaid labels for return of items that do not function, like the car diffuser.

I ordered several oils or blends/carriers. One was helichrysum, touted to help with bruising and varicose veins and lots of good reviews for that on *** I started slowly as with any product and gradually applied to larger areas (forearms), mixed with DerMend or their carrier oil. After a few weeks, I suddenly broke out in a horrendous rash - itching and stinging and was diagnosed by a PA online as having shingles. I was treated for that but it soon started on the other arm. I went to my dermatologist who told me it was an allergic reaction, not shingles. I discontinued all products except the steroid cream she prescribed. One by one, I did patch tests with any creams, lotions, oils I was using. Helichrysum - bingo, instant horrible rash, even blistering. When I asked for a refund, I was told the 14 day grace *** was over. I really think they should stand by their product when a negative reaction occurs. $45 wasted on a product I can't use. Will never order from them again although I was pleased with Sweet Dreams as an aromatic. I have not yet used their Frankincense since I have Doterra open. I will be very careful to test it for reaction. Also disappointed they do not supply any printed information on their products when they ship them. You have to dig it up on the website.

Next thing I know I get a statement in December that $40.88 has been paid to Vitality for 30ml of Breathe Easy from my account. I immediately e-mailed them and let them no I am not on any subscription with them, I had just received my very first order and have not used any of it. I contacted them a dozen times wanting an address to return this bottle back to them, Three time they sent me to fill out a form for Refund. It has been two weeks and I still do not have a return label or an address to return the product back to vitality. I sent them a note yesterday stating they are running a business un professionally. A consumer should be able to contact someone easily to get an address. I called a number they have listed this morning and the machine said they were busy and hung up on me ! I am giving them one star as they do have fast delivery.

It was going to be too much of a mess. I was told it can only be refunded with an in store credit. I ordered the Healthy Scalp product and didn't like it. 2 things happened. This is much greasier than I anticipated. I do not like the application and do not think this absorbed into my skin at all and even when I tried to be extra careful it left my hair greasy looking. In addition, I very much dislike the strong smell. I contacted customer service to return the product since it has a stated "Every order is backed by our 100% Happiness Guarantee so you can shop confidently anywhere in the world." but they will not give me my money back when I return the product. They will offer me a credit but I do not want any of their products now. This is misleading and actually not a guarantee to shop safely. I am extremely upset.

I have thinning hair and I'm trying to make it more healthy and I'm trying to make it more full and I really thought that this product was going to work but being that they don't care about that I feel that this review should be posted and that they should know that what they're doing to people like me are wrong. Came to 24.00. When I got my order shipped I was excited til I opened the package and they only gave me 3 bracelets. My order was 40.55 paid through paypal. I complained to company. They never answered me. So I took my complaint to paypal resolution center. This company told them I received my order. And closed my case. However, I have my receipt that clearly states what I ordered and then I took a picture of what I received. Including the packaging. Im very upset. I will never recommend this company. #3325617 was delivered Saturday and 1 bottle of the Frankincense arrived with the cap off of the bottle therfore it was all spilled on the rest of the order and on both the indside and outside of the package. I would like to have this bottle replaced.

This company advertises high quality, therapeutic grade essential oils. They arrived in sticky bottles, smelling of paint thinner and mint and are not at all as advertised. The one I tried on my skin, with a carrier oil, caused hives, rash and a headache. I requested a refund immediately upon delivery, Which was today, and they will only offer a credit. I do not want a credit for this poor quality product which is not at all as advertised. They do not have a working telephone number and there is no way to submit a negative or warning review on their site. This is all very suspect and unethical.
I ordered 3 bottles of Skin Envy from Vitality Extracts on Nov 4, 2022 in the amount of $95.59. While I did receive 3 bottles, 1 of the 3 had the bottom broken off completely and the contents had leaked out. This was due in part to lack of proper packaging. I contacted Vitality via email, got an auto responder, then heard nothing. I then contacted them using the online form on their website. Crickets. I lastly tried to call them on the phone and there was no way to leave a message; the recording said that the queue was full. I tried emailing them again out of desperation. Nothing this time. Order #***. All I want is 1 new bottle of Skin Envy (or a refund), then I will be completely finished with this company.

I thought I'd try some healthful essential oils for my joints. I seen the advertisement, and thought as a first time customer, they are giving me a great discount. So I had placed an order 1 time. No subscription to their company required. Paid with my debit card. The second time I placed an order same issue, but 30 days later, an email came.across that I had another oil being shipped, of the same kind. And the kicker was they took my money out of my account, without authorization, or my knowledge. Until I got my bank statement. I placed an order totaling $63.48 with Vitality Extracts on December 10. I paid via PayPal and have not received any of my products as of today February 11. I have emailed them several times and they simply say one of the bracelets I ordered is out of stock and it will take 2 more weeks. They have been saying this since January. They state I have 2 options order something else for $10 or get a credit to their company. I do not want anything else for $10 and never intend to shop with them again so I will lose $10. I asked them if they could ship my other items which were supposed to be Christmas presents and then ship the bracelet when it comes in. They refuse. If they are not agreeable to this solution then I would like a full refund as I have now been waiting over 2 months for my merchandise.
November 6, 2022 I was contemplating using a $25 FREE MERCHANDISE "ANYTHING YOU WANT" coupon (copy uploaded) this company sent to me at my daughter's address in Portland, Oregon (where I received a prior/first time order - also with problems. The first order arrived with two broken glass bottles in a BUBBLEWRAP envelope. The company refused to refund that original problem; would only send replacement bottles, which I finally received weeks later when I got done traveling around the country). NOTE: They had my credit card info saved from this first order. Regarding my Nov 6, 2022 "order" (never placed) I found a product I was considering buying. I added them to the "shopping cart". Then went back to find where to put in the $25 discount code. I entered it in the appropriate box on their site (for promo/discount codes) and hit "enter" key. Instead of applying a discount (I wanted to see if it covered shipping as well), it immediately PLACED AN ORDER. I did NOT hit a "PLACE ORDER" key on their site. I immediately wrote a message to their customer service department, on their website (after their recording indicated there were no customer service reps available on this SUNDAY). The site indicated they would contact me within 72 hours. It has been SIX days, and no one has contacted me; however, I got an em-mail (which went to my SPAM, but I found it), indicating the order shipped on November 9, 2022. I have not received what they call on order and intend to refuse it and return it to the company. I never PLACED an order; merely entered their discount code to see how much $ would come off the total. They used my previously stored credit card info and entered my shopping as an order. It never was!

The seller is mismarketing their helichrysum oil. There exists two varieties and "helichrysum" refers to the italicum species, which is expensive and used to treat skin, inflammation, insomnia, allergies, liver, gallbladder disorders and infections. Gymnocephalum, which is instead what they are selling, is much cheaper and is an aphrodisiac, antiseptic and used to treat bronchitis. Given that gymnocephalum is being called helichrysum on this website, this is a very scammy business practice that the company should rectify. They only offered a store credit when I realized I did not buy what was advertised (and they don't actually carry helichrysum oil). But this situation is more serious than that. Other buyers are clearly being duped on this site and the site has not shown any willingness or remorse to change their business practice to properly inform their customers of this product's ingredients. Correct business practice should inform buyers up front and indicate gymnocephalum on the top product page and in the ingredients. It lists "helichrysum" right now for both the product page and the ingredients page. Only a tiny font mention under a photo of the plant mentions the word gymnocephalum.

I ordered essential oils from this company with the understanding that they would arrive within 3-5 business days; however, the products took almost a month to arrive with no follow-up regarding delivery until I asked them for an update. The products were ordered on 6/17 but not received until 7/7. They are quick to take payment but slow to respond with delivery issues. It states that packages ship via UPS, but that is only to the post office. This company claims you can return items up to between 14 and 60 days, but even that is misleading because I saw nowhere that it was for credit only versus receiving your money back. A disclaimer of "CREDIT ONLY" should be visibly present to the customer before placing the order and before paying, so they can choose whether to trust such a company. I paid via PayPal because I do not trust a lot of companies advertising on IG, but this is the only company that failed to deliver as advertised. All other companies shipped promptly, and products were as described. This company places no instructions on products because they are attempting to dodge the FDA requirements. Since they took so long to ship the product, I ordered from another vendor who promptly shipped the item as advertised. This company has 48 complaints and should be shut down for shady business practices or be looked at by the state attorney general.

The company sends you an outrageous amount of coupons a free product codes via email, voicemail, text and mailers. The first time I went to their website to look, I added something to my cart and hit next. Then it asked me for my billing address and payment info, then said "Continue", where I thought it would take me to the billing summary page (including shipping rates, enter discount codes, final total, etc) however, it did not and it displayed a receipt. Then, I submitted a request to contact customer service which I told them the issue that I was not able to apply the coupon so they refunded the abount of the $9.00 item, however, they did not refund the shipping charges (which, had I known the shipping was $10.00 - same cost as the item, I would not have purchased it - in fact, I could have gotten the same item from Amazon for $9.00 flat. So, needless to say, I let it go and ate the charge. Then, I got a bunch more coupons and I decided to check it out again, who doesn't love free items. I convince myself that maybe my phone had just froze and that's why I missed the other screen. However, after adding 2 items to my cart I hit next and it immediately gave me a receipt, this time not even giving me a page to enter my card or shipping address, it just used the info I had provided prior. What if that was a gift and I needed to send it to a different address, or what if I wanted to use a different card? Again, no coupon section. Charged me right away. I believe this company is a scam and I would like to report this company as I do not believe they are following proper guidelines for taking payment on their site. They suck you into making the first purchase and then just charge your card. At this point I'm afraid to even go to their site to submit anymore complaints in fear that anything I do will $$ cost me. All the reviews above are from people who hate the world right now, or they were Employees who got fired. These products work. As far as shipment, haven't you heard of people stealing packages either in the mailbox or on front stoop.
