I ordered from Seamoss Island and it's been a real bummer. I still haven't gotten my order after 4 months and they never responded to any of my emails. It's like they just took my money and ran. Don't waste your time or money with these guys.

So, I saw some reviews and they said my order would come in a few days. But, it's been over a month and still nothing. I sent a bunch of emails to customer service but no one answered. I think this company might be fake. Be careful.

I orderd from Seamoss Island on July 11th, 22. It's August 5th and I still haven't heard from them. I've sent emails and texts but no response. I want my money back. I don't know if they're real or not. Don't waste your money, go somewhere else.

I orderd from this company on July 16th and I still havent received my order. I reached out to get a refund several times to have this order cancelled but no one will respond. I tried sending emails as well as their chat feature but no RESPONSE. I also called the # that they have on Instagram but it is a fraud as well. Stay AWAY!

I order from Seamoss Island like a month ago and still no package. I hit them up a few times and they just say they're running late. I asked for my money back since they didn't even ship it yet and they stopped talking to me. I think they scammed me out of $80 and other people say the same thing. My bank is looking into it and I hope they give me my money back. Watch out y'all!

I orderd from them on June 15th, I got my order on July 11th (much later then expected). My product was warm and slimy, contents dripping down the jar and the lid looked like it was about to burst. No one has answered my emails, no one responds on the on line chat and I can not find working phone number. Originally I was going to ask them to send a new one. I understand that shipping delays can happen outside of their control but after the complete lack of communication I just want a refund. Cant get ahold of them at all!

listen up! I gotta warn ya about Seamoss Island. I ordered some sea moss gel on May 28, 2022, but didn't get it by June 26, 2022. So, I hit 'em up and they said they were behind on orders and I'd get it soon. But, on July 11, 2022, I was still waiting, so I asked for a refund. They didn't even bother to reply! Finally, on August 4, 2022, I got the sea moss gel, but it was hot and leaking all over the place. It was a total mess and I can't even eat it. Their customer service sucks, the packaging was terrible, and the product was a letdown. Don't waste your money on this!

This company Seamoss Island is not good. They take your money and don't send your stuff! They say it will take a while to ship, but they just keep your money. Who lets them do this? Why did they get a merchant account? Only in this place, I guess. Why doesn't the ComplaintsBoard.com stop them? They use a bad phone number now and people already reported them. I'm telling my bank to check it out and give me my money back. I don't want to give them a star, but I have to. Dumb system. Don't buy from https://seamossisland.com. They are crooks!

I ordered from Seamoss Island on 4/8/2022, they said they'd ship in 14 days or give me my money back. I messaged them after a while and they said they were having delays but my order would be out soon. I told them to cancel my order because I already bought from my local supplier. They didn't respond. On 5/8/2022, I emailed them again and said they still hadn't shipped my order and I wanted a refund. I used after pay and they can't help with shipping or returns. On 5/13/2022, they said they shipped my order. I messaged them for a return label because I didn't want it, but they didn't respond. I got it on 5/16/2022 and it didn't smell like the ocean and had no debris. It seemed like it was grown in a pool, which isn't good for you. I'm not happy with this company and I've asked for a return label three times since then, but they haven't responded. This company is a fraud. It's not real sea *** and it has mold on it, which is dangerous. I want my money back and I'll throw it away if they don't take it back. I read the other reviews and it seems like this happens a lot.

I bought some stuff from Seamoss Island but I never got it. I'm pretty bummed about it. I tried to reach out to their customer service but they haven't gotten back to me yet. I hope they can fix this soon because I was really looking forward to trying their products.

I got one thing from Seamoss Island and they said it would come in 7-14 days. I put in the order on May 14th and it's May 30th now. I need my money back or the thing right away.

I ordered some strawberry sea moss from Seamoss Island on 9/2/2022 for $38.94, but I still haven't received it. I'm pretty upset about it, and I don't think they're a real business. They gave me an order number, but they didn't give me a tracking number. I just want my money back.

This place is a total scam. I ordered almost 2 months ago and I haven't got anything yet except for a receipt when I paid. Their website isn't even up anymore. They just took my money. I emailed the company several times and got no response. Don't buy anything from this company.

I put in an order on June 6/25/22. I sent them an email on 7/13 asking where my order was. They said they were delayed. I sent another email on 8/6, and they still said they were delayed. I sent more emails on 8/10, 8/12, 8/13, and 8/16 asking for a refund, but they didn't reply. I think this might be a scam company.

Seamoss Island be spending cash to advertise on *** and ***, but then they be takin' money from customers and not fulfillin' orders. They only responded once after thirty days sayin' they be havin' delays and then disappeared. I ordered from Seamoss Island on 06/14/2022 and it's been a hot minute since I heard anything. I waited a whole month before I reached out to customer service in July and they said there was a holdup because everyone wants their stuff. Another month passed by in August and they promised me a little something extra for the trouble. But come September 1st, I still hadn't heard anything and I was like, "give me my money back!" I bought some sea moss from Seamoss Island and used Afterpay to pay for it in 4 installments. They took the first payment on 08/31/2022 and the last one is due on 10/12/2022. I emailed both companies to cancel my order and get my money back on my debit card. The sea moss company said they were behind on orders and Afterpay said they can't stop my payments until the sea moss company contacts them. It's been too long and I need my money back. I bought some seamoss from Seamoss Island on March 20th, 2022. My order cost $55.93, but I didn't get any tracking info. I waited a week, but still no updates. So, I sent an email asking about my order, and they said it takes *** business days to ship. I waited and waited, but still no updates. I emailed them again, but no response. It's been 12 business days, and their customer service is terrible. I can't even call them because the number on the site is disconnected. I ordered from Seamoss Island on 6/12/22 and they said it would ship in *** days. I messaged them on 6/26 and they said they were behind. I got a tracking number on 6/29 but it only said a label was made, nothing shipped. I emailed on 7/4 and said nothing shipped. I got the order on 7/13 and it was stinky and gross. I emailed them and asked for a refund. It's 7/20 and I haven't heard back. This business is bad and should be closed. They send bad stuff and don't help customers.

I placed an order on October 9th Which I received on October 27th Upon opening package and going through the items I noticed there was an item missing I contacted them (Seamoss Island) on the 27th and the 28th to tell them that the item was missing I received a message Informing me that they would ship the item as soon as possible. Today is November 19 and I still have not received the missing item. I have contacted them twice since then and I have not received a response. According to their website shipping takes 5 to 12 business days. The item that was missing is the Sea *** Blacksoap Facial Foam Cleanser w/ Vitamin E- 10oz1.
