ripped me off big money and shipped me a junk.

what is it all about? can you tell us more?

PURETIMEWATCHES pure time watches scam dishonest. I ordered 3 items, two watch and a strap ( i should not have purchased items at once). Anyway, only the two watches arrived and the strap never arrived. When asked what happened they said they sent it only to tell me they will send me a replacement but recommended that I buy another watch to save cost. Nikki seems like a nice person and I did receive 2 nice watches so I went ahead and bought another watch. Then the watch came but the strap once again did not. In the ensuing 4 months it went from back order, then was advised to pick another strap as the original order was going to take really long time to ship. So, I picked an alternative strap. Then... nothing. Now, he does not answer my email, although when he did, he sounds very professional and honest. It's been four months and the bottom line is I paid my money and did not receive my goods. Writing this comments makes me a bit frustrated although the money is not the point. Buyers be aware.

Fraud! I ordered two watches from puretimewatches an did not arrived, a mailed nikki but every times another excuse why the watches did not arrive its has been now 5 weeks and stil no watches it is a fraud do not buy at www.puretimeswatch.com.
On a number of forumes puretimewatches is seen as trusted but that is not the case! so people watch out.

http://www.puretime-asia.com is the same as http://www.puretimewatch.com is a FRAUD ! do not buy there people watch out !

This company is a scam. Got a defect watch, sended it back and they claim that they did not get it since their operation is illegal and that I should not have put the correct information re. what I paid for it which means I couldn´t have insured the package.

A real scam - be aware! Strange that a company are asking clients to lie. But the answer I got was that they have 1000 of clients all over the world so I am not so important.

My watch is still in China and no payment back.

Still have not received my watch. Don´t buy from this scam company. They ask you to lie to customs and refuse to take back returns, stuck in the customs filter. I lost 758.00.

Puretime has been the best! I have never had a problem. I highly recommend them, very professional!

puretimewatch.com is one of the best rep seller I know. Since few months I ordered 3 watches with them and never had any problems. I recently purchased a Rolex Submariner from puretimewatch. At first i opted for registered airmail and the watch never came. After about a month i got in touch with Nikki to get my money back. They immediately sent me another one with EMS and i received the watch after almost one week. (I live in the UK). Even if i was a bit rude and impolite so to say, Nikki was very professional at all times. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. They mean business, they respect their customers and they will send you an amazing watch.

purchased my second watch from Puretime...perfect watch...Flawless process...arrived on time and the watch is what I bought even better. First watch I purchased a year ago came with a little problem, send it back and a few days later I received it in perfect condition. Puretime is a reputable dealer and never heard any complain about them. Dont get confused by bad reviews...they are not true.

Das Uhrwerk des bekommenen Artikels ist NICHT 2836-2 von ETA. Sondern 2824-2 von ETA. Und es ist auch keine Antimagnetische Kappe auf dem Werk wie auf den Bildern gezeigt.
Man sollte sich also bei den Quality Check Bildern auch mal das Uhrwerk mit der Nummer zeigen lassen.

Da sollte man Nachhaken. Das gibt Punkte abgezogen.

I just received my 3 watches from Puretime ... Rolex, Tag and a Chanel . They look great, the service was great. My sister and nephew, have both ordered from this site and are very satisfied with the product and service. All email questions are answered in timely fashion. If you treat Puretime with respect, they will treat you with respect. They also come highly reccomended on RWI watch forum. I don't know what all the fuss is about, they seem legit in my opinion.

Last year I attempted to order some straps from them, which they did not have in stock. My money was refunded with no problems.

I CANNOT AGREE with those who think the PureTime is a scam!

I have purchased 9 watches from PureTime over 2 years and they all still work, are worn regularly and are of great quality.
Angus and the lovely Nikki have been terrific in their feedback and have always responded in a timely fashion. Orders have arrived in Oz within their quoted time period and have been enclosed in 'bomb-proof' packaging.

Nikki from Puretime asked me to leave a comment on here after receiving my 2 watches so here it goes:
The order was easily made, arrived in a timely manner and from what I can tell the watches are of a really high quality.
Nikki replied to my emails promptly and although 1 of the watches I had ordered was not in stock was very helpful with assisting me in choosing a new 1.
I will 100% use these in the future and I recommend that others do if they are looking for quality products without the risk of paying money and receiving nothing!

its pretty obvious that puretime has some nasty competitors, if their service is that bad how can they stay in business, and have many satisfied repeat buyers.
i have ordered 11 watches in the past 3 months, and no problems at all. all e-mails where answered and they sent me pictures of the actual watches before they shipped
even pictures of the watches hooked up to the frequency machine to show the movement is running smooth. watches are great quality. the price and selection are great too.

I've just received the last 3 watches i bought. At the beginning we got a shipment problem. it took a month but everything has been resolved, thank to professional behavior of Nikki and last but not least thank to Doris.

Their operation is built up the fact that VERY few clients are complaining. NEVER EVER use Western Union to pay them since your chances of getting back your money for a non delivered watch is zero.
I ordered a watch and it was broken. It was sent back and I did not read the instruction to fake a value for insurance. Watch stopped in the Chinese customs and nikki and his friends refused to get it out.
This company is a scam and soon the authorities in China will close it down - so use CC when buying from them if you dare.

Ran into several QC problems but Nikki, Doris and Angus have been fantastic at communicating and get the issues fixed ASAP.

Puretimewatch is ABSOLUTELY NO SCAM WHATSOEVER!
Have bought several items from this company and I must say that they have excellent customer service...you get to see the actual watch they will be shipping for approval..tracking is supplied and status of your order keeps updated all the time...I am very impressed how serious they take their business compared to other similar sites...
Can not be anymore serious...they are highly recommended by me!
I guess that there is an interest from competitors to make them look bad...THAT SHOULD BE TAKEN IN CONSIDERATION WHEN READING THESE COMPLAINTS!
I trust them all the way...seems as serious (or more) as any ordinary online store!

I came across this complaint board after ordering my watch from puretimewatch and was waiting to see whether I would have positive or negative feed back to give...well...I'm happy to report I have received my Tag Aquaracer and I'm very satisfied with the watch.

I was skeptical, I admit it. But from the time I ordered it on 9/19, and having it delivered to my door in NY, it took exactly 10 days. There was a small amount of concern when I was tracking the package as there was no update for 5 days as it traveled from China to the US but as it turns out my concern was unwarranted. Nikki and company were polite and helpful every step of the way. Take it from a skeptical New Yorker...these guys came on good recommendation to me and I in turn can now recommend them to others. I won't hesitate to order from them again!

Die Preise sind gut, der Service ist erste Sahne und die Qualität ist nicht zu Toppen. Es gibt keinerlei Zoll Probleme bei dem Versand über UK. Die Zahlung erfolgt unter anderem über Paypal, wodurch auch keinerlei sonstigen Zahlungsprobleme auftauchen können.

I bought myself a breitling super avanger and it truly is one of the best watch i have ever seen of a replica. The e mail response is great they want to make sure that they send you the right order en send you pics of the items you bought so you can see if it is ok or not.
The response on the mails is quick better the most sites i have ordered replica watches.
So i will be ordering more from them in the future.
