Purrfectchoice Ragsolls review: cat breeder

We Purchased two Ragdoll cats there were not kittens and are suppose to be under two years old we need to get them fixed but the Lady we bought them from will not give us there med records. We have tried to contact her but she never answers her phone we leave messages but she will not get back to us.
There has to be some reason for her not to give us there medical records is there something wrong with them. They Have already gone into heat and we can't get any sleep because they screem all night.
