Refund wanted from the pww online, they have taken
$79.90 out of my account without my authorisation I am not sure what this is all about, I clicked on a site that said I could earn money via google but it did not say that it would take money out of my account as & when they feel like it. I thought they would only take out $1.97 for an info pack, which I have never received. I am still waiting for this pack to come. These people should not be able to get away with this scam! It looks like they are ripping people off left, right. And Google added sites to my childrens web site that were inappropaite.

I paid $1.97 to get a demo for a google.com at home work dvd and never recieved the dvd and then a week later was charged $79.90 on my credit card. There were no hidden fees or additional mentioned anywhere. I would like my refund back and for this company to be busted for the fraud they are committing.

This company presented itself as a source for info on building an online business. I paid $2.97 to have access to the information-- then a couple of days later found an unexpected and unauthorized deduction from my bank account in the amount of $79.90. Please stop these con artists, and get our money back.
Agreed. This is a scam. Call [protected] to cancel your account. Write down the cancellation number and have an agent at your credit card record it in your file as well. Otherwise, PWW will continue to charge your card and your credit card company will not be able to dispute it. Unfortunately, I doubt the company's execs will ever be charged with fraud. I'm sure that somewhere, hidden deep in the verbiage, PWW tells its victim that it will be charging his or her account after a proscribed period of time. I lost my job recently and was looking for something to help me through until I find another position. I gave my credit card information so PWW could charge me for the $1.97 shipping cost but I never received the packet. Distracted by my situation and job search, I forgot about it. I was unaware that PWW charged $79.90 to my account. It wasn't until they attempted to process additional charges three days in a row, that red flags went up. My credit card company refused to release the funds and contacted me.
My complaint is the same as everyone else, I ordered the dvd for $1.97 and was also charged 79.90. This is outrageous and on top of that never received the dvd. Something should be done with this company.
