Quality 1st Moving and Hauling review: they asked to pay extra money for the move, because our belongings were too heavy and big for their van

I have hired the company Quality 1st Moving and Hauling to move some of the belongings of my parents. The team arrived with the delay and they were unprepared. The leader told me that they could move everything, but after that they told that our furniture and stuff were too big for their van. Also the leader asked me to pay extra money for the move, because they needed to rent bigger van. But they must find bigger van before they arrived to move. Very unprofessional company.
