I ordered a white gold with CZ stone nose stud after reading on the website that this company differs from the rest in that they sell only the highest quality nose studs. The stone fell out of my nose stud within a week. When I contacted the company for a replacement, they said I should have purchased a stud that had claws as to hold the stone in place. I did buy a stud that has claws. They will not stand behind their product at all. I paid almost $30 for something that I wore less than a week. I could have bought the same defective crap at Walmart for $8. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I just want to say that this is the opposite of my experience...
I have ordered from quality nose studs about 15 times over years. (I actually got a package from them yesterday and it felt like Christmas!).
I have never had one negative thing or experience the entire time.
When I get white or yellow gold, it has always been marked and real. When I get CZ, they are beautiful. The diamonds all tested positive with the diamond tester my father owns, and have worn the same one for years before and never had anything like turning green (like Claire's did) and never had any jewel come loose much less fall out. She people are polite... Not to mention, between the 10% discount and shipping over 25$, the surgical steel ones are a steal!
They have all types, sizes, colors, shapes, styles, custom, even screws for right AND left nostrils, sales, discounts, free shipping, and anything else you could ask for...
This place is the best and I am a customer for life!
