We have had countless problems with Quest, Dex, Yellow Book. It's all the same, and they will call you inter-repeatedly so yeah, it's basically the same folks. First the mess up our phone book ads, then they bill us for services they did not perform, and let you talk with a customer service person that is clueless or obtuse. Nothing gets done, more bills arrive. I refuse to continue with the phone book ads...then they list my coffee shop under furniture repair. I complain and I get deleted entirely form the yellow pages. So I call them up and they say I should not expect a basic listing, as they call it "a free listing" even though my phone company assures me they pay for each business land line in order to assure the information is correct. Last month the new yellow book arrived, I am still not in there at all. This is after I called them and went over all the info and got an assurance that the next book would list us with the other coffee shops in the area. I can't understand why this company would want to punish business owners who don't play their game, it's not like we will pay them in the future if we go under.
