Quest Insurance review: My car

I am struggling with a third party claim from Quest Insurance. Their client hit me with her car from behind on the 11th October 2021. She submitted a claim for both cars and they contacted me and I submitted everything they asked for. I was then informed that the claim will be processed and the process can take the maximum number of 45 days. They fixed their clients' car a week later after the accident. As for me, I am still waiting for them to pay the offer they made. I'm struggling to get to work because I'm staying in Welkom and working in Kroonstad which is 150 km to and from work. They don't even bother to contact me just to update me. Every time I'm the one who has to contact them to make a follow-up
