This Company did charge me, for the exact same service twice!
They have many, many, many, complaints with the Better Business Bureau!
They never answer any of their complaints!
Too bad, that I did not check out this Quick Cert., Company before I did any business with them!
I did request that the Quick Cert. Company eliminate, the second $125.00 charge, with out any success!
I paid them for the Reverse Mortgage counseling over the telephone with a credit card for $125.00 on 4-5-2017!
They are guilty of Complete Unethical Business Behavior!
They are Complete Scammers!
No one should ever do any business with the Quick Cert. Company!

Thank you for contacting our agency for clarification on this issue.
Mr. Katz attended and paid for his counseling session on 4/5/2017.
However, on 4/10/2017, his wife, Judith, requested counseling at our agency, but she did NOT pay for her counseling session so there is still a balance due for her counseling session.
We understand the loan has closed, but we have not received payment for Mrs. Katz session.
We hope this clears up any confusion on the bill and assure you there was no double billing or scam. Please call us at [protected] and ask for Lyndzey Mason in Accounting and she will be glad to assist with making arrangements for payment. Thank you!
