I did that complain to hotel radison
I was from February 2 to 7, 2023. I paid for two rooms. The room was not clean. The mattress dirty and well stained. The dirty carpet with very large stains. On February 7th we talked to the manager of the Hotel, and we explained the situation and she apologized to us and told us that she would give us a credit but that the system was not working, and that the system would immediately come back and give us a credit which we have never received.
They answered me the following which corresponds to them with the requested information but to this day I am still waiting for their response.
