Two out of four elevators had been blocked for apparently hosting "important guests". Guests had not notified before that such inconvenience would occur although hotel knew well in advance. Asking staff and manager, we were told that "it is the way it is". No apology, and speaking in a rather rude tone. Having been a guest in many Radissions and written 5* reviews, this is the most unpleasant experience in a Radissions in the past 10+ years.
The Radissions Blu Dortmund not only "offered" rude managers but also overcooked fish and low quality chicken, heavily stained carpets.
Desired outcome: Remedial action plus apology for the significant inconvenience caused that could have been avoided.
