To Whom It may Concern,
I am writing this letter to show my complaint and disappointment about this Rainbow Vaccum.
What we like about this Vaccum is that we are amazed about the health benefits that it can clean air and it can give to our family especially to my son who used to have an asthma.
May 2018 when the agent Jerald Calinao went to our house and explained everything,
At the very first of the Demo he opened the box and took everything out just to say it was brand new. We are also impressed because he said the we can get the warranty til 25 years etc. Which we found out that is not TRUE!
During the Demo, he demonstrate how to properly use it on the stairs, on the hard wood floor, on the bed and cleaning a pillow using the white big plastic bag using different accesories. But when he started to use the vaccum on the Bed to show how many dirt he can get on the mattress, the machine started to not working properly, like when he puts the black cloth in the middle of the mouth piece, the red light turned on and on. He took 10 minutes to fix that up and we were dismay about what happen.
As we get a long, the job of the vaccum is good especially in cleaning around the house all in one.
So now the condition is, If we buy the Vaccum and we refer 10 people then 1 person buys we can get a $1000 cash back, then if for another 10 person and another 1 person buys another $1000 cash back in total of $2000 cash in return.
We made a decision infront of Gerard because they gave us no option to think, There's a time limit that If we decline that day we cannot get it to any rainbow vaccum within 2 yrs because they can check it on the profile if they made a demo in the past.
Me and my Husband decided to get it with hesitation.
Next day after we call Gerard back if we could return the Vaccum, We saw a big scratch from the cord maybe they got it from the demo or whatever, i feel so upset because I cannot get it back because it is a Final Sale! And he directed us to his Manager Vitaly and gave his Number.
As we talked to the Manager, , I made a complain and he didn't listen to me and he even talk to me rude.
I told him im gonna make a complain to Rainbow and he said to "whom"? and "go ahead"
He said he can just only exchange the motor and the attached cord he said.
Is that the service of the Rainbow Vaccum has to offer to consumer? Very rude not good service at all,
I haven't got my air purifier which was Free!
No Glycol at all!
I have a friend of mine who got the same thing but they have given a Brand New Vaccum still unoped once purchase.
With Glycol and scents even the humidifier got it within One day! For only 2, 700
But mine was 3, 291.68 if paid cash even more pricey
If they charge me $143 monthly in 36 months it'll be 5, 148. Vitaly fooled us.
It a was bad experience I had in Rainbow? Anyone can help me in my dillema im going thru?
