Randburg License Testing Station review: licence collection

I passed my testing at randburg testing station on 20 June 2019 then they sad i should come after six weeks for collection and I was there to collect my card licence and I did not find it they said come after 3 then i went there for collection after 3 weeks and they said they will reorder again I should come after 3 weeks ago I don't know what's happening with this testing station because the service is poor
