RaveTix review: Concert ticket scam 6

Order Wicked tickets for my daughter's sweet sixteen present. Went through a internet mddle man Official Tickets online.com, but the seller said ravetix.com. I paid over 300 dollars for the two tickets, which by the way they were only 88 dollar seats. When my daughter and her friend got to the theater, they scanned fine. A few minutes later a family came up with the same tickets, after checking the tickets my daughter's were frauds. Still trying to recoup some of my money back from someone!

Have not received email tickets and get no answer on the phone. Email enquiries are getting bounced. Processing charges are exorbitant. Looks like a scam to me. Beware!

I ordered tickets but never received them; they tell me they were downloaded, but they never got to uploading here. Certainly will never use this company again. Scam, indeed.

Was just ripped off by this site. Has anyone succeeded in getting money back? I am preparing to start the process of filing claims and whatnot. Would love to know if anyone has succeeded in getting their money back.

I ordered 2 $126.00 wicked tickets came to $330.00 after all the charges, after download they were $65.00 tickets, called, no answer, sent email, no response, the original receipt read correctly 2 tix @$126.00 ea..I'm looking into what I can do to get refunded, this is illegal! colleen/philly

Ordered 4 tickets front row balcony before checking ticketmaster, could have gotten better price directly. Needed to exchange for better tickets since my mother can't climb 6 flights of stairs. Ticketmaster would have exchanged for better seats, but wouldn't because I wasn't the buyer. Called and got a completely unsympathetic response, just "no I can't do that." Was told I should have done more homework. Basically a mercenary price gouger with no interest in customer service. Buyer beware.
