I INFORMED RCS TO CLOSE MMY ACCOUNT ON THE 1ST OF DECEMBER 2013. THEY HAVE NOT CLOSED MY ACCOUNT . I CALLED THEM SEVERAL TIMES BUT THEY ARE NOT CLOSING MY ACCOUNT. I CANT AFFORD THIS ACCOUNT ANYMORE AND I WANT IT TO BE CLOSED IMMEDIATELY.
