On 7/1/21 I closed my account with readyfresh and on 4/4/2022 they took it upon there self to restart the account and take money from my checking account unauthorized and over drew my account I resolved issue with the bank and told them I closed my account and why would they go 9 months and start it back
Up again with out my input they didnt listen and continue to bill me and change me late fees monthly I have talk to two cs workers and they keep calling they say they gonna resolve it and give me case # [protected] and case #[protected] but they keep charging me monthly a 20 late fee and the bill which is not mines in the first place keeps getting higher 126.04 as of this date please help in this matter as I am at a lost now as to how to solve this.
Desired outcome: o balance on a bill that is not mines its all there fault and they should rectify it ty
Beware of Ready Fresh water delivery. Lately I have heard of mis billing and several accounts have been cancelled because of it. This month, I have now experienced mis billing from Ready Fresh Water. I ordered 3 bottles for this month. They did deliver 3 bottles. However, I put out 4 empty bottles. The driver or billing marked the billing as picking up 3 bottles. so they screwed me out of credit for deposit for 1 bottle. Tried to call but n one was available to talk with me. Tried an email and waiting to see what they do.
