Recordgo Car Rental Malaga review: I want my money back

My name is Mark Reed and rented a car from Recordgo Malaga Spain from the 17/2/23 until 21/2/23.
The rental reference was ES685404560
The hire company was Recordgo and I actually booked it through Argus car hire.
I returned the vehicle in its original state, on time, and all seemed fine.

However a week later I noticed that 285 euro had been taken from my credit card by Recordgo without any communication with me whatsoever. I have since emailed them 10 times looking for an explanation and documentation with no reply. I have also complained to Argus and they have opened a complaint which allows Recordgo 20 days to respond. Record go has finally responded to Argus with invoices for the alleged damage, but no explanation whatsoever.

There was no damage... they ignore my emails and are not providing the documents needed to claim back the excess they took (still with no correspondence with me)... they just took the money and seem to expect no one to wonder why!
