I just joined Recordslogin.com and haven't been able to access any info at all. the URL is not reconized, it just blinks at me. there is nothing about this site that works. I have been ripped off and lost $29.99 no wonder it's half price right now, it should be shut down.

I discovered this list of complaints about recordslogin.com after having already foolishly spent the money (29.95) on a subscription. From now on I will google the page before spending money on a worthless sight.

After paying $39 to access information on NZ bdm records I discovered that the records are not available from that source at all. Recordslogin.com could not provide any information relevant to my request despite assuring me they could. SCAM SCAM SCAM!

Totally agree with all of the above, what a waste of money and time. Tried to search for my brother and found i dont even exisit! ( Like the investigator from the UK, . i wish the taxman thought the same! ) What do you do, even in this day and age when we all should know better we still put our trust in these a@@@holes in the hope they can give us the answers we are looking for.

RecordsLogin.com's website advertises to search for divorce and marital records. Once payment is made and directed to the search area, one cannot find any buttons or access to "Divorce Records" search. This is a misleading and deceptive online records search service that is commiting fraud. Moreover, nobody will respond to a request for refund.

total scam. tried to cancel subscription 30 minutes after I signed up. Used myself as trial, no information available. tried to get a refund and they sent me a reply their support team would look at it and would get back to me in 48 hours. never heard from anyone. I got my bank statement today not only didn't they refund my $19.95 they charged me $ 35.40. for what I have no idea. I can't seem to get a phone number anywhere to call so I guess i'll call my card holder and get a lawyer. so much for honest help. I am very glad I saved ALL correspondence so I have proof. I will be calling the better business bureau and anyone else who deals with scams and frauds. I certainly won't lay down and take this! lyenges

Well, I'm not the only person to get ripped off. I'm a senior citizen, who is on a very close budget.
I put my trust in Records Login, that I could find some answers regarding my family. I ordered the $39.95 package. I've just had it a few days, but will call my credit card company and put in a complaint. As like the rest of you, I was sent to other sites, and for an additions $39.95 I could LOOK at the information, I wonder if there really is more information, or is that another scam?

I agree this is a scam and we all should have our money refunded. I could not access any info. Not even my birth record and I know I was born somewhere (lol)

They are thieves and con artists. Google are accepting an adwords paid campaign from them. If anyone knows how to report it to Google then do so and the campaign will be stoped.

Their site and service is very 'professional' and funded heavily. They appear to be in Canada/USA but probably diding in a mountain in Afhganistan earning for Bin Laden

Also, My advice is to report your card stolen or lost otherwise they will debit your card again and again.

I wish I had come across this complaints board first. Unfortunately I learned the hard way and paid them 51 USD before the problems started. Basically the same scenario and promises to get a refund, which - guess what - is still pending.
I have however some news. Although there is mentioning in their terms and conditions that they fall under Ontario law, they are neither located in Canada or the USA. In fact, they operate from the UK and rent servers with Belgamcom in Belgium.
I am including some details below and will undertake steps from within the EU to address this major scam issue. I will actually file a complaint today with the computer antifraud squad of the Belgian authorities (which I have done succsfully in the past).

The more of us file complaints the better. I will refer in my complaint to this website and the ongoing scam for over one year.

Hello.(this is long with proof!) Here are 2 reciepts I have I thought I was getting 2 different records but the DMV one never worked it went strauight to recordlogin.. Ok I have sent deveral klatters I wanted eith both to work or a refund for one IF they both were the same, I have sent proof I paid and used only 1 now I have not none. I already had the records login and I have it now. I also ordered this and both were taken off my card. I wrote and explained I have 2 of the same kind I wanted the DMV records and I can not login in because of the mix up of both sites. I can log in one but not the other I got a confermation but both sites are the same site and non on DMV bit got chagred twice 39.99 on one and 29.99 on the other. can I get the DMV beings I paid and never got my money back on my card? I have the card number and all confermations. thank you.

This joke of a web page said that it could had access to the phone number I was looking for and when I joined there was no access. I then filled in people search for people I knew and it still had no access. It is a complete con and the fraud agency should be looking at it and shutting it down straight away. How many more people have to lose their money before they take notice. So much for protecting the innocent. The fraud agencies are conning the innocent just as much as the false web page. Typical.

Yes - You are correct. This is a SCAM. The only thing I am worried about is the information they received to sigh up. Has anyone had problems with that?

At first when I had signd up and became a member, the progrmam actually worked! So It make me wonder if they may have been linked up with some other data base server which cut them off and they just don't want to fess up to it.
I was able to retrieve 95 percent of what I had sought for information. Then, I could sign on and that was all I could do! I couldn't even look my self up!
They have a place where you can contact them with a request for them to retrieve the information you seek until your access is restored. I wrote to them and asked why there was no access at all other than sign on privelidges?
I told them that when I went to look my self up an supplied everything right down to a SSI number, their system could not locate me! So they offered to look me up. I responded with I ALREADY KNOW WHO I AM, WHERE I LIVE AND EVERY DETAIL ABOUT MY SELF RIGHT DOWN TO WHETHER I BALL ROLL OR WADD MY TOILET PAPER! I do not want my money back, I want the restoration of the service or their being able to pass me on to a similar service at their expense if they can not deliver.

Government sites typically end in ".gov", not ".com".
