Signed up for virtual office mailbox service was signed up for an additional account without my authorization getting billed for services they have not rendered. Avoid these people like the plague. Charging my credit card and sending invoices double billing. What a mess!

I agree I see you are from Miami too. They disregard all disputes continue to charge me for services they are not providing. The more I dispute the more they ignore and bill.

I have blocked them from use of my credit card. What I thought would be a great idea to get some work done in peace and meet with clients turned out to be a nightmare!

If you try to cancel a contract for services they will ignore it and keep billing I know I am going to have to sue these people.

REGUS is a terrible service. There is a huge disconnect in communication within this organization and their billing. Seems like they are double billing every client in order to create a false since of revenue for investors or to fool the financial institutes backing them. By having "outstanding balances" created out of thin air they are ... well you can rad between the lines.

I regret joining Regus. I'm a small business owner who has been with them since 2014 in various small private offices at their Santa Monica location, but this report also applies to the company as a whole -- all locations are part of the same disfunction.

I didn't realize until this year how much they've been siphoning off money in ways I didn't see, understand or approve.

My experience:

1. Each year, we upgraded offices. They did not account for the original retainer fee each time, but took an additional retainer for the new office - each time. They now owe us 3X retainers now, to the tune of $5477.

2. They refuse to acknowledge 2 recent payments we made via credit card. Our credit card company insists they were paid, and all is equal. And I had to pay the balance of that credit card, so these are very real payments on my end. However, Regus says because they can't find the payments in their records, that it never happened and that they will take funds out of our retainer to cover these "missing" payments.

3. What's more, we also recently discovered that they were charging us for IT based on an old paradigm. For nearly 2 years they've been offering IT as low as $89 for all devices (or $99 if including a VOIP phone). However, we have continued to be charged the old rate for our device package - $225 - for this every month since. We had to do some deep investigation with our peers in the space to discover this inequity.

4. We also have been battling with them for charging us for extra parking spaces, over and over again, in the past 7 months. It turns out that HQ took the power away from their center staff to remove these charges, so we couldn't have them removed regardless of the obvious error. As a result, we continue to see these erroneous charges on our statements and the auto-pay forces us to pay for them. We continued to point these out but no action has been taken to remove the recurring errors.

5. As a bandaid, they put "credits" on our bill for some of those errors, and other minor charge errors.

6. There are two big issues with those credits -

- First they don't add up properly to the correct amount. They have repeatedly under-credited us and failed to acknowledge their math errors, or have ignored additional overcharges.

- Second, these "credits" never actually reduce our real payments. When the auto-pay deducts from our credit card, it removes the entire billed amount regardless of any credits applied, leaving a negative balance on our account - and not in our pockets.

7. When we tried to call the phone number listed on our credit card statement, that number is no longer in service.

8. When we ask the center managers to help us, they are helpless against the Regus machine. We get so angry and they are taking all the heat despite their inability to act, due to controls set by HQ.

9. Despite being paid up with Regus, and despite being owed thousands of dollars from Regus, we are now getting scary emails from "accounting" that our membership is being revoked for non-payment, that the amount supposedly still due will be seized from our bloated retainer. There is no phone number for us to refute this. They do not reply to the emails. What's more, included in that scary email is a phantom charge for another $3000+ that can't be explained. It's pure insanity.

Only the center managers reply. They try to help. But they are simply disempowered cogs in this corporate machine. Also, the accounting was such a mess on the corporate end that they couldn't even make sense of everything until I printed out every single statement, email and payment since 2014, and walked them through it one transaction at a time.

To date, they owe my small company several thousands of dollars. For a big corporation like Regus, this is a rounding error. For my small company, it is a noticeable chunk of my annual budget being taken away from us like a bully takes a poor kid's lunch money on the school play ground.

If you have a similar experience, to any of this, or can help me fight this, please let me know. I hear there are class action suits pending, and another one being formed. There must be something that can be done to keep them from siphoning off thousands of dollars from small business owners.

Your agreement ended on 30 April 2021 and you had an overpayment which we refunded to you prior. I am unclear on the charge which you are referring to as I see no payments taken since March 2021. We have contacted you directly to assist you further.

Totally a spam! They keep messing up my bills and never response to my complaints and disputes. Then they start to charge me late fees if I don't pay the fraudulent charges and threaten to report my debt to a credit bureau.

I think we the bullied clients should connect and file a class lawsuit against them!

I agree, with class action lawsuit. 2-year term, invoicing for service regardless if you cancel service, and incorrect invoicing this company is a predatory scam.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! PLEASE! I NEVER WRITE REVIEWS FOR ANYONE BUT I DONT WANT ANYONE, NOT EVEN MY WORSE ENEMY TO GO THROUGH THIS!

8/11/22 you charged me 998 plus 556

You told me you didn’t have that office space and I needed to get another one that will be ready on 10/22. Balance due: 1554.58

Payment was made on 8/13 for 998 & 556 = 0 balance.

Now here it gets messy! you told me I’d have a room, then you said I didn’t. Regus account CREDITS for : 998 & 556 = -1554.58

8/15 you charged me for the 2 months for the new room that will not be available to move in until 10/1 (1168.20) plus 641.99 ? You debited my Regus account on 8/15 998 & 556, then 1168.20 plus 641.99 were deducted leaving a balance of 255.61.

You put the money back into my bank account without my knowledge. I should owe you 1168.20

Instead of charging me 1168, charges were applied to the debit section = 1810 Instead of 1168

Then 8/31 you added a charge of 127 for late fee of August! 9/30 you charge me 584.10, 127.73 + 589.99 and the LEASE DONT START UNTIL 10/1 !

8/15 641.99, 8/25 556.58 + 998, 8/31 127 9/30 584.10 plus 127.73 and another 589.44 !

All charges before I even moved in on 10/1!

the balance should be 1168 only because the money was credited to my account I had to pay a 2 month deposit on 8/15 to lease an available room on 10/1!

Now on 10/ 31 you charged me 199 and 626.98 and the lease is 584 and 11/30 you invoiced me 626.98 plus 230 ? I paid you 1684 with my credit card on 12/2 and another 1683.69 on 12/ 10/22…..You invoiced me for 12/31 $626 and 127. I also paid you again 1554 on 1/4 23 ! totaling 4921.69

1168 for the two months to get in, which was invoiced on 8/15.

10/22 rent +late fee 626.98 +199.19,November rent + late fee of 626.98 +230.54?

12/22 rent and late fee of 626.98 plus 127.73 That totals: 3606.40

you owe me 1315.29. now for 1/23 you charged me 741, 1500, + another 1500!

Please please stay away!

Regus, Santa Clara office in California, 2445 Augustine Dr.

After paying deposit and 1st month for office 285 in April 2023, they said it's already taken. They will replace with office #287, bigger, 12 month lease instead of 24 months, same price. I agreed.

I thought they will apply the payment to the new office... Nope! They charged my card again for the new office and didn't issue refund for the old office. I contacted the salesperson and the receptionist, they don't respond by email, only by phone. The salesperson didn't reply, the receptionist said they will fix it but they never did. Very shady, they only want to communicate verbally.

After one month, office #287 still not ready for occupancy. Invoices continued to generate for both offices. I cancelled the office manually online, I was charged the cancellation fees for both offices. Unbelievable!

THIS IS SERIOUSLY A SCAM! Looks like I'm not the only who experienced this. They owe me almost 7k. The credit card company said that they won the dispute so I can't do anything. 7 thousand is a lot of money for a small business, i hope someone with a good heart from Regus can do something about this.

I am too a victim of this fraudulent, abusive company that clearly has a wanton disregard for both the consumer laws that are set in place to protect both the consumer and the creditor. You are probably experiencing predatorial collection practices. I was charged for two virtual offices and immediately in called to cancel one only to be told i was in a contract. What I never signed anything you do not have my consent, I do not agree. Where did that get me? Its been almost two years and I have records aof every attempt to charge my card, do you hear me I have it all on records both in my cash app and email. I guarantee you would not have a leg to stand on if we had our day in court. Hear me out because I am one to be reckoned with. Mark Dixon CEO and Michael Osburn CFO, your days are numbered I will not sue you for two reasons Creditors don't sue and running to the tribunal asking the court administrator to help me now would go against my beliefs. Maxims Law we don't argue that is for fools. Common Law Commercial lien that is our remedy but it must be done individually. Do your own research its our god given remedy, it's where the saying " my word is my bond" stems from. There is two reality's going on the fictional one most of us have been taught to live in and the real one We The People are privately living in. Friends wake up ignorance of the law is no excuse. Mark and Michael CEO and CFO i am not a voice for the people. Iam not ok with someone representing your buisness charging my card 20 30 times in a row every other day for the last two years, you have caused my email to be shut down twice with bulk mail overloading my allowed usage. I have have lost thousands of dollars because i never saw important emails that were sent to me. My price for my cost of living without being mentally tortured with your predatorial behaviors is going to cost you, I have asked you to stop and have been ignored. I could of just as easily changed the card and email and begone with you. But now I have all the proof I need and after hearing all these people you are doing this too be ON NOTICE your day is coming.
