Remax Karsiyaka Office review: Contract

Remax staff called us in on a weekend to sign a contract. I said I wanted my lawyer to look at it first. I was then told I had 8 days to cancel it once I signed. I trusted the agent. It turned out he lied and when we asked to cancel the contract within the 8 days we were told we had to pay a $10, 000 fine and that remax would sue me as well.

I chose remax because of their brand image and expected honesty, and least of all threats. I will never use remax again and will go to social media on this

Also, you need to be aware that they are telling customers that the listing agreement is for 3 months only, but in actual fact it states that the contract remains in effect even after 3 months unless remax and the seller jointly agree to terminate.
