Dianese McClafferty of Remy Soul Hair Company, Dianxx Hair, and Beautifulhair4ever.com is a THIEF, CON ARTIST, AND FRAUD. She is the worst kind because she pretends to be your friend, gain your trust, and then steals your money. She does not care about you or your business, she only wants your money. DO NOT order INDIAN HAIR from this woman, her hair quality is not what she says, and she changes the name of her business constantly. SHE IS A THIEF! Once she gets your money she vanishes w/o a trace, changes the name of her business and moves on to her next con!
I would like to respond to JOANYBEGUD and all the others who are posting positive comments for Dianese. I was ripped off a few thousand dollars by Dianese and I am a small business owner who would NEVER intentionally or maliciously try to harm anyone's reputation in a public way such as this if he/she did not deserve it. I am not wealthy, and I work extremely hard for years to get my business to where it is today and it almost all went downhill with one transaction with Dianese.
JOANYBEGUD claims i am going overboard and that i am intentionally harming Dianese reputation - well, u have absolutely no knowledge of the business relationship I had with Dianese for months nor do you have any idea of any business dealings Dianese and I engaged in. How can u comment on my intentions when you don't know me? I am sure, as u said "u have utmost respect for her skills" I also felt the same way until she took my money and vanished, she only resurfaced and contacted me when she became aware of the complaints and acknowledged what she did was wrong!
So to all the future commentators, i would be more than happy to speak to anyone of you personally regarding Dianese. She absolutely stole my money, she contacted me everyday up until the day she received my money and poof! she was gone! No hair, NOTHING! Until she repays my money, I will insist on letting everyone out there know the REAL Dianese!

I disagree with this statement. Myself and alot of my high school friends have bought and also got our hair done at Remy Soul and the employees are very friendly and helpful. I will keep buying from this company and tell others about Remy Soul.
I think that this person had a bad experience and is trying to ruin a good company.
I also disagree with statement. I had bought 2 lace wigs for Remy Soul and they are the best lace wigs and the quality is supperior to all the other lace wigs that i have bought.
I have bought lace wigs from other companies on the internet and when i have received them the quality is bad, but with Remy Soul the customer service was fantastic.
Remy Soul owner and employees treated me with respect and very helpful. I had a good experience and would definetly would recommend them for your hair needs.
Their prices are very good and they care about your hair needs.
I'm not sure we talking about the same person here. I buy hair from Dianese and my friends use her services too. I have had nothing but great expieriences with her and employees. I agree with the other customers, this person complaining is going overboard or is intentionally trying to harm this lady's reputation. I certainly will keep buying from her and I have utmost respect for her skills and services...E.G.B.
Hello my name is Dianese Mcclafferty yes I am a human hair collector The woman who has been making unjustifiable complete against me is Colleen Gary of Sanford Florida my hair by Colleen who is African American business owner if what you say is true why have you not taking me to court this woman would do just about anything to ruin my reputation in the hair industry she can not justify or verify for years I have let you try to destroy my name to try and ruin my business let's talk about you for a minute let's your liars for years you have been selling fallen hair to your customers it's the Lowe's grade of human hair in the industry to reprocessing as remy knowing that this process will not last after about 4-6 washing you can see the hair changing the process is wearing of the hair it the same hair you can buy in the beauty supply chain to lower the cost of you by falling hair to make wigs and hair extensions you sell this wig to jewish women knowing they dont wear secrifice hair woman you have some nervous do you remember the conversation of buy non-Remy double drawn this is still the same hair your selling to your customers today and now your processing that's funny I seen your work I have also been in your business your not qualified to say your a human hair processing working out of your kitchen doesn't make you a professional I've seen your process it doesn't last on the hair it's like feels gold lady you're ripping your custom off every opportunity you get if you sleep well at night then I sleep better the only thing your qualified to do is wefting hair and maybe teach a class of wefting I see your taking over selling used equipment that your customers can easily by $150-$200 Dollar's there nothing special about this machine you can find this machine all over for someone to say they know you by the phone only Colleen Gary is the only customer complaint against me and why because I would not lower my prices yes I am the real deal I sell hair all over the world working for top design and development of beautiful you can't destroy my business but I thank you for putting the word out there that I am a human hair collector sometimes what you think you have destroyed you have made into a successful business stories and business is booming let no weapons from against you prosper and even after all the dirty lies you have spread against me i wish you well and full successful business leaders of liars by Dianese mcclafferty still standing baby
