RentPlus review: I would like to have this charge canceled and the money I've paid already refunded.

I am being charged a fee of 9$/month to 'improve my credit score'. I did not want this service and tried opting out of the service. However, once I tried to I had to jump through multiple hurtles. I called the company multiple times and have received no response. Their website is purposely broken so one is unable to change or update their password or account information. I am unable to even get into my account to cancel this charge that I had chosen to opt-out of. Their phone says they will get back to you within 24 hours, but it has been 3 weeks and I have yet to receive any communication from them.
