REsetigen-D review: resetigen-d product

On 22nd of June 2017, I order six bottles of Resetigen-D, as a senior citizen I was charged $229.95 and not $189.99 as stated in their brochure. I called the company on September 6th, 2017 to cancel product, because product did not perform as stated in their brochure. I was told would issue a refund to my credit card in December. Instead was shipped product for $189.99. I called the company and ask why I was sent another shipment instead of a refund. They claim I never call and cancel the product. The product claim up to a year if not satisfy, so why are these people holding on to my money and making excuse
