shipped wrong product, support not answering emails
I ordered a deluxe three wheel scooter with kickstand for my son for Christmas. What I received instead was a plastic table and four chairs that my son doesn't need or fit. I have emailed every day and snail mailed one day, each without response. At this point, there's no way I could get it in time for Christmas and I just want my money back. I have a packaging slip/receipt, and it has the correct item on it, but that's NOT what I received. Never ordering from them again.
Clearance certificate
I submitted the cheque on 16th of april 2017 against my credit card for the settlement, and still not yet done my settlement against my credit card and also they are saying you will get the clearance certificate after 35 days, in uae no banks having such a regulation except fgb, why I should wait for 35 days for getting clearance certificate, even if I miss any single payment against my credit card they use to talk like we will deposit the security cheque against your credit card and will file the police complaint, then why fgb should keep my money more than 45 days
