Charged my account
Applied for a loan through these guys and they needed my account info to prove I had a good standing bank account. OK that's fine pretty much any loan company asks for that a week later I had a debit from my account for $30 when I called them asking them about this they said there's nothing they can do they just take the orders and that they couldn't give me my money back and I would have to call some other number. Well that didn't go over to well with me (I don't like people taking my money without my knowledge much like anyone else) so I gave the guy an ear full and he put me on hold and came back saying he could get me approved for a free $500 loan? Whatever that means well this made me even more irate so after me serving him a dish of anger he finally said "ok I'm processing your refund now"... REALLY so you lied to me telling me you couldn't do that. This company should not be in business they are a bunch of liars and crooks.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Unauthorized debit from my checking account
I had filled out an application for a loan of $10,000.00 to be able to pay some bills off, well i got a call from the company and it was a lady who was telling me i had been approved for a $10,000.00 unsecured line of credit, but it had to be used online, i was flabergasted and said to her "Oh!, well i don't need a card to use on line, i am looking for cash...

This company has gotten a hold of my savings account information and has debited my account for 159.95. I do not know what this company is nor did i authorize any debit or give my information out. I would like for it to stop at once.
Unauthorized charge to my debit card took money out of my pnc bank. Now my bank is overdrawn 200. Oo because of this fix this problem asap. Never got any money from any loans. My yahoo is smokinat3@yahoo.com. Please get back to me as soon as possible
